I’ve just returned home from a tiring two week vacation to Memorial Hermann Hospital. The staff was capable. But I found the amenities and nightlife opportunities lacking. The beds were excellent. The rooms were a little small considering how much me (and my insurance company) were paying. The food was terrible. Overall, I’d give it one star out of a possible five.
If you ever have a choice to either do a surgery or not; do not do it. Run away.
I’ll be recuperating at home for a couple more weeks, and working only haphazardly, so maybe I’ll get some blog posts up.
